  104. Since I wrote the above I have done a lot of work.  I am to the point
  105. where flicker will be gone in window moving any time now, and the
  106. flicker during output will soon be destroyed and the output speed 
  107. increased incridibly.

  109. Ah, why not now you ask?  Well, I began this whole thing on March 3
  110. of 1986, and here it is May 1st, long after many personal deadlines.
  111. For some reason I have convinced myself that I always have one more
  112. feature to ad.  And at that rate I will never release this thing, 
  113. SOOOOO....here it is, as is.  In this archive is the Microsoft
  114. library, some source code, and what I think is a pretty good manual.
  115. The ONLY thing you need to do to get almost anything planned, or suggested,
  116. implemented is LET ME KNOW.  I can't tell you how gratifying it would be
  117. to me to get phone calls, messages on the BBS, letters, whatever.
